Thai Reflexology

Modern day Seated Acupressure, also referred to as on-site or chair massage, is a meridian based therapy in which thumb, finger, elbow and knuckle pressures are used to stimulate many of the acupressure points on the back, arms, hands, neck and head. The massage usually lasts from 10 to 30 minutes and is performed in a specially designed chair, with the client fully clothed. It is becoming increasingly popular in the corporate workplace and leaves the client in a relaxed, but energised and clearly focused frame of mind.
