Meriel Younger promotes healthy living though her complimentary therapies at headandfoot.co.uk within central Edinburgh and the Lothians. As a relexologist she is experienced in Maternity Reflexology and also uses Adapted Reflextherapy to alleviate back pain and stress. Remedial & Sports Massage, Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Massage (Swedish or Therapeutic Massage), Hopi Ear Candles (Advanced Thermo Auricular Therapy) and Aqua Detox all compliment her holistic healing philosophy to promote a more balanced and less stressed way of life.

Meriel has just added Thai Reflexology, Thai Foot Massage and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to her repertoire. She has furthered her knowledge with post-graduate courses in: Deep Tissue Techniques, Trigger Point Release, Myofacial Release Techniques and specialises in Hip and Pelvis dysfunctions. Meriel Younger started headandfoot.co.uk in March 2002.

Felicity Bradley joined headandfoot.co.uk in 2008 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Remedial and Sports aspects of massage (also qualified in Swedish/Therapeutic Massage). She uses many different techniques to improve and maintain body fitness and movement including: Muscle Energy Techniques, Soft Tissue Release, Neuromuscular Techniques and Trigger Point Release. She is keen to increase the role that massage has in both preparation and recovery for all sportspeople who are involved in training and/or competition.

Doris Wylie is an experienced practitioner of Reflexology and Indian Head Massage. She graduated from the Scottish School of Reflexology in 1998. She is also qualified in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Timeline Therapy and provides stress management training both on a 1-1 basis and for groups. She joined headandfoot.co.uk in 2008.

Sarah Urquhart-Taylor is a qualified Swedish Massage Therapist, Remedial & Sports Massage, Thai Massage and also offers Indian Head Massage and On-site Massage. Sarah moved to Edinburgh in February 2009, having run her own clinic from her home in the Highlands. She now works from Aditi Yoga Centre and Health for Life Chiropractic, as well as working for On-site Relaxation Ltd and Relaxation Station Ltd, offering on-site massage.

Ali Milligan joined headandfoot.co.uk in 2009. She brings a wealth of experience having worked as a massage therapist in Zermatt. She is qualified as a Swedish/Therapeutic Massage therapist. Currently she is training to become a Remedial & Sports Massage therapist in Edinburgh.

Claire Ritchie works from Musselburgh and East Lothian. She practices Swedish/Therapeutic Massage, Indian Head Massage and Hopi Ear Candles. She is training to be come a Reflexologist in Edinburgh.

Frances Paulo has a rich mix of therapies and is due to join headandfoot.co.uk in April 2010. Frances is fully qualified in Swedish Massage and Clinical Aromatherapy. She has also studied and trained in a variety of beneficial therapies including Ayurvedic Massage, Indian Head Massage, Thermo-Auricular Therapy (Hopi Ear Candling) and Pregnancy Massage.

Robbie Smith is a qualified Osteopath, Naturopath and Medical Acupuncturist. He is also a qualified massage therapist and offers Harmonic Massage.
