Meriel Younger promotes healthy living though her complimentary therapies at headandfoot.co.uk within central Edinburgh and the Lothians. As a relexologist she is experienced in Maternity Reflexology and also uses Adapted Reflextherapy to alleviate back pain and stress. Pregnancy Massage, Indian Head Massage, Holistic Massage (Swedish or Therapeutic Massage), Hopi Ear Candles (Advanced Thermo Auriculat Therapy) and Aqua Detox all compliment her holistic healing philosophy to promote a more balanced and less stressed way of life.

Meriel has just added Thai Reflexology, Thai Foot Massage and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) to her repertoire. She has furthered her knowledge with post-graduate courses in: Deep Tissue Techniques, Trigger Point Release, Myofacial Release Techniques and has specializes in Hip and Pelvis dysfunctions.

Felicity Bradley joined headandfoot.co.uk in 2008 and brings a wealth of knowledge and experience in the Remedial and Sports aspects of massage (also qualified in Swedish/Therapeutic Massage). She uses many different techniques to improve and maintain body fitness and movement including: Muscle Energy Techniques, Soft Tissue Release, Neuromuscular Techniques and Trigger Point Release. She is keen to increase the role that massage has in both preparation and recovery for all sportspeople who are involved in training and/or competition.
